My name is Zziwa Andrew, and I am based in Uganda. I am a humble guardian to 26 children, a mix of orphans and homeless little ones who have found a family and a sense of belonging under my care. Over the years, I have dedicated my life to nurturing these children, helping them discover their potential, and guiding them toward fulfilling their dreams. Each of them has a story, and every story reminds me of the power of love, faith, and second chances.(Isaiah 58:6-8)
My journey of service is deeply rooted in my faith in God. I strongly believe that we are called to be the light in someone else’s darkness. My passion for helping others, especially children in need, is more than just a responsibility—it’s a calling. Each day, I pray for strength and wisdom to continue giving hope to these young souls, to teach them kindness, courage, and the importance of believing in themselves.(Proverbs 17:17,James 1:5-6)
I have been greatly inspired and supported by Brother Presly, of LBNL Ministries, a true Good Samaritan from the USA. Brother Presly has stood by my side for quite some time now, sharing in my vision to uplift and empower the children in my care. His compassion, generosity, and unwavering belief in what we do have been a tremendous source of encouragement. Through his partnership and kindness, we’ve been able to provide food, clothing, school materials, and a more stable home environment for the children.(John 3:16-18,Proverbs 19:17)
Working with these children has become the heartbeat of my life. I spend my days mentoring them, helping with their studies, teaching life skills, and guiding them spiritually. Watching them grow in confidence, joy, and purpose fills me with indescribable gratitude. My dream is to see every one of them become a responsible, hopeful, and compassionate adult who will one day also make a difference in the world.(James 1:27,Proverbs 22:6)
Together with Last But Not Least Ministries and others who share in this vision, I continue to walk this journey of love, faith, and service—believing that even the smallest act of kindness can change a life forever.(Proverbs 19:17,Proverbs 22:9,Luke 3:11).
